I recently spent a week at the Genzianella, and I must say, it exceeded my high expectations in every way. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to return my forgotten earpods, which truly reflects their commitment to excellent service. The rooms were impressively clean and quiet, providing a perfect sanctuary for my family of four, which is no small feat when accommodating two young children. I particularly appreciated the spacious sitting area, allowing us to relax together after a busy day of exploring the stunning surroundings. the complimentary breakfast was a delightful start to our mornings, and having free Wi-Fi in our room kept us connected.
